Get Massasoit Community College Transcript Request 2017-2024

Submit the completed registration form digitally through the Registrar Form Submission. Save or scan the completed registration form and email it to studentcentral@massasoit.mass.edu. Fax the completed registration form to 508-427-1246.

Please fill out a school Transcript Request Form and fax it directly to the school. You can find school fax numbers on the school listings pages. If your high school has merged into another school, the new school often has copies of transcripts and you can send your request there.

To order your official transcript, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse. Electronic requests are processed within 1 hour after placing the order. Mail and Hold for Pick Up Requests may take longer to process during the holidays, registration, and grading periods.

How to request your transcript: For the Army, Navy, Marines, or Coast Guard, go to the Joint Services Transcript (JST) website. Fill out an Official Transcript Request to share your transcript with schools online. For the Air Force, or Space Force, go to the Community College of the Air Force website.

To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript. You can usually pay the transcript fee online too.

Log in to your Common App account. Click My Application, and then click Colleges Attended. 2. Next to each college/program you have selected, you will see a notation about transcripts and a link to order transcripts.

Log into MyMassasoit, find the My Registration + Program card, click on Student Self-Service, then click Unofficial Transcript on the left-hand side. Choose your Transcript Level and Type from the dropdown menus, then click “Submit” to view your unofficial transcript.
