2. Begin with the basic personal information section. Fill in your full name, preferred name, street address, city, phone number, state, zip code, date of birth, email address, BSA council you are currently registered in, BSA ID number, and the completion date of youth protection training.
3. Complete the guardian information fields. Provide the names, relationships, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses for both guardians.
4. In the employment history section, list your most recent positions, including employer name, supervisor's name, position held, contact number, dates of employment, and reason for leaving. Repeat this for your next most recent employer.
5. Fill in the personal references section with the names, relationships, cell phone numbers, duration known, and alternate phone numbers of two references.
6. Describe your scouting experience, including your unit type, unit number, highest rank obtained, special awards or honors received, years registered (both as youth and adult), previous camp positions, scout training, and any additional relevant training.
7. Indicate your qualifications and skills by checking the relevant boxes in the scouting skills/knowledge section. Make sure to include any other camp-related qualifications you may have.
8. In the positions section, designate your first, second, and third choice positions applying for along with the corresponding desired salary ranges.
9. Provide your availability for the summer camp season, indicating if you can participate all seven weeks and list any potential absences.
10. Write a personal statement explaining your reasons for wanting to work at Cherokee Scout Reservation.
11. Read through the equal employment statement and declaration of religious principles. Then, review the employment preconditions and notices.
12. Sign and date the application to confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete. If under 18, include a guardian's signature.
13. Once your application is complete, save your changes, and you may choose to download, print, or share the form as needed.
