- Confirm whether the taxpayer has entered any listed transactions as defined in the Instructions to Form 8886. If 'Yes', attach a copy of Form 8886.
- Indicate if the taxpayer has undergone any changes affecting their ability to dedicate resources to the CAP program, providing an explanation if needed.
- Confirm if the taxpayer engages in research and experimental activities. If 'Yes', complete Form 14234-A, CAP Research Credit Questionnaire.
