9. For the Beneficiary Limit Set Up section, if applicable, state the Maximum Amount you wish to set up for cross funding.
10. Read through the debit account holder declaration and sign at the designated signature fields, ensuring you include the date.
11. If you are designating a new cross beneficiary, fill in the details of the Authorised Signatories, including Customer Relationship Number, Name, and PAN.
12. Review the Cross Beneficiary Declaration, then obtain the necessary signatures from the Authorised Signatories and date the section.
13. Finally, double-check all completed fields for accuracy before saving your changes. You can then download, print, or share the form as required.
