A Florida motor vehicle/boat bill of sale (Form HSMV 82050) documents the terms of a vehicle or vessel transaction between a buyer and seller. The document stipulates the purchase price and the condition of the motorized vehicle/vessel.

HSMV form 82040 is the application for title for the purchaser. A completed 82040 should be submitted with every title you give to us for processing.
