- Subtract Line 8 from Line 7 and write the result.
- Enter the smaller of Line 9 or Line 10.
- Calculate one-half of the value on Line 12 and enter it.
- Enter the smaller of Line 2 or Line 13.
- Multiply Line 11 by 85% and input the result.
- Add Lines 14 and 15 together.
- Multiply Line 1 by 85% and record this amount.
