- Calculate the Insufficient Notice Amount if relevant. This applies only if the vendor failed to provide at least 10 days' notice of the Delayed Closing/Occupancy Date.
- Compile the Total Claim amount by adding Total Living Expenses, Total Other Expenses, and the Insufficient Notice Amount. Ensure the total does not exceed $7,500.
- Check the Required Information and Documentation section. Ensure to attach necessary documents including copies of notices, agreements, receipts, or the Tarion Addendum.
- Sign the form and include the date of signature. Verify that all information provided is true and correct.
