  10. Continue through the form, clicking on the Qualifications link to view the required applicant qualifications.
  11. On the Qualifications screen, ensure the minimum education level, degrees, and competencies are appropriate for the position.
  12. As an approver, you can make changes. For example, adjust the minimum education requirement by selecting from the Highest Education Level dropdown list.
  13. Edit the Minimum Years of Work Experience field as necessary.
  14. Check the Screening Questions section for required competencies and click the Look up Question ID button to select competencies for inclusion.
  15. Choose competencies from the Question ID screen to add them to the qualifications list.
  16. Add additional competencies by clicking the Add Screening Questions link.
  17. Access more requisition information by selecting the Post Description link.
  18. Review the Job Postings screen to understand how job descriptions will appear when published.
  19. Click the Hiring Team link to see individuals assigned to evaluate applicants for the position.
  20. On the Hiring Team screen, review the roles of recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and interested parties involved.
  21. Add individuals to the relevant lists by clicking the Add... links.
  22. Click the Approvals link to view others who must approve the job requisition before it is posted.
  23. The Job Approvals screen details the names of individuals required for approval at both the Departmental and Administrative levels.
  24. Check the approval queue for the order of individuals who must approve the requisition and their status.
  25. The status of the requisition is indicated by an icon; a clock icon means 'pending.' Hover over icons for further meaning.
  26. Approve or reviewer individuals can be added to the queue by using the Insert Approver button.
  27. Before making a decision, you may enter comments about the requisition in the Comments Text field, particularly for justifying the position.
  28. If changes were made, click the Save button to save your modifications and prepare to take further action.
  29. Act on the requisition using the Approve, Deny, or Pushback button located in the Job Approvals box. The Pushback button appears only if someone behind you needs to review the requisition again.
  30. You may also take action from the Pending Approvals screen. Click the Pending Approvals link to return to the pending requisition list.
  31. Select the job requisition by checking the checkbox beside it to take action.
  32. Click the Go list to proceed with your action.
  33. Select from the Approve or Deny options to complete your action on the requisition.
  34. Click the Go button to finalize your choice.
  35. Once your action is completed, the requisition will no longer appear on the Pending Approvals screen.
