Sending Transcripts Electronic transcripts must be transmitted through our approved vendors, National Student Clearinghouse and Parchment, or sent via secure email from approved school registrars. The AMCAS program will not accept transcripts via fax. The AMCAS program prefers electronic transcript submission.

Request your official transcript Go to MyACC and login. Under the Admissions & Records heading select Transcript Request. Choose Electronic or Mailed. The Electronic list is a list of Texas institutions that use the same electronic transmission server as ACC, which is SPEEDE. Select the school and Submit once again.

Transcripts to be mailed leave our office within two business days. Processing times for orders may be longer during peak periods, particularly at the beginning and end of semesters. Transcripts are sent by U.S. First Class Standard mail or Foreign Air mail and cannot be tracked.
