8. Describe the wildlife being transported (alive, meat, skins, etc.) and indicate the quantity.
9. Read and agree to the declaration by the applicant. Check all statements confirming that the wildlife listed is lawfully obtained and that all information on the form is correct.
10. Sign and date the application to validate your submission before proceeding to save changes, download, print, or share the completed form.
