- Complete Line 6 by: entering the total sales price in line 6.a, the selling expenses or reductions in line 6.b, and calculating the net sales price in line 6.c by subtracting line 6.b from line 6.a.
- For lines 6.d and 6.e, enter the adjusted basis of the property and calculate the total gain by subtracting line 6.d from line 6.c.
- In line 6.f, calculate the Delaware estimated income tax due by multiplying line 6.e by 8.7% if it's a C corporation, and by 6.6% for all other entities.
- If applicable, check the box in line 7 if the Transferor/Seller is reporting gain under the installment method, noting that no tax is payable at this time.
- Enter the amount of Delaware estimated income tax due on line 8, unless line 7 has been completed.
- Finally, the Transferor/Seller must sign the form, print their full name, and add their title if relevant. Ensure the completed form is submitted with necessary payments.
