Get Charter Channel Guide

Once you have signed in to the Spectrum TV App, you can stream live TV, watch On Demand content, view and filter the guide and much more.

With the full screen Guide displayed, press the OPTIONS or “A” button on the remote, then choose Guide Settings > Show Channels. Press OK to toggle between ALL CHANNELS and SUBSCRIBED.

Basic channels on Spectrum include your local networks — ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC — as well as other public access or government channels, including C-SPAN, the CW, HSN, MeTV, PBC and QVC.

Sign in to your Spectrum account. Select the Your Services tab, then choose the TV tab. Select View Channel Lineup from the menu on the right. From here, you can use the search bar to find a particular channel, filter by category or search by network name.

Basic cable TV packages will include ABC, CBS, FOX, PBS, and other public-access local channels. Some expanded plans come with fancy cable channels—like Disney Channel, ESPN, MTV, or Fox News Channel—but they're still stripped down compared to advertised cable packages.

Press the GUIDE button on your remote to display the full-screen guide with program listings and channel information. Note: You can also view your Guide online by signing into your account and selecting Watch TV from the menu in the top left corner of the screen.

GENERAL RESCAN INSTRUCTIONS: Go to Installation or System or Channels 4. Go to Scan Channels, Program Channels, Autoscan, Autoprogram or Autotuning 5. Press Select or Enter or OK to scan. The TV will search for available broadcast channels.

If you're unable to view the full-sized Guide by pressing the Guide button on your remote: Press Menu on your remote, highlight Guide using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select. If the issue continues, reboot your receiver by unplugging the power cord and allow at least 60 seconds before plugging it back in.
