10. Calculate the estimated total amount needed for your project, including totals from other funding sources.
11. Detail how the effectiveness of the program will be measured, including any records that will be maintained to demonstrate impact.
12. List three reputable references outside of your organization who are familiar with your programs and funding request.
13. After filling in all sections, ensure that the information is accurate and complete, sign the application, and include the date. If applicable, attach no more than five pages of additional information and supporting documents.
14. Finally, submit the application to the VEC Corporate Office in Decatur by the last working day of the month to be considered for the next board meeting.
