- Complete the Practice Gap Summary Form for all sessions related to M&M, Case Conference, and Tumor Board.
- Update the Attendance & Credit Tracking Spreadsheet using the required TUSM OCE template, which needs to be submitted after the series.
- Finally, ensure that all documentation is uploaded to the appropriate cloud-based service within 5 business days post-session, ensuring that quality data is recorded and forms are filled out completely.
