- Proceed to Section 2, Site Information. Begin with Business Category. Check all boxes that apply to your business, such as Trader, Broker, Wholesaler, Retailer, or Manufacturer.
- Fill in the Additional Sites to be Certified section. List all company-owned or operated sites that handle or sell VRIKSH material. Provide the type of activity, name, and address for each site.
- In the Outsourcing Activities section, fill in the company name and describe the outsourcing activities. Indicate whether the outsourcing company is VRIKSH certified by selecting Yes or No.
- Transition to Section 3, Product Information. Fill in details about the materials purchased and indicate the finished products to be certified. If you are a broker, wholesaler, or trader, write 'same as purchased'.
- Provide the annual quantity of wood or wooden products purchased and sold in relevant units (cbm, cft, tons, or pieces). Indicate the principal markets for your products, specifying the countries and organizations if applicable.
- In Section 4, Additional Information, address whether your company previously held a VRIKSH Certificate or any other certificate. If yes, specify the details.
- List any companies in your supply chain that may want to obtain certification. Provide details about your investment in plant and machinery.
- Complete the Affirmation section by entering your name, title, and electronic or typed signature. Lastly, include the date of submission.
- Once you have completed all sections, save your application and prepare to email it to vriksh@epch.com, along with payment details and any required financial documentation.
- Include the cost of certification in your payment details, which is Rs 100000 plus 18% GST for a single unit or Rs 30000 plus 18% GST for additional units.
