  13. Certify the parcel identification number for each parcel within the document, ensuring it has been certified by the County Assessment office.
  14. Reference any previously recorded documents if submitting related documents for recording.
  15. Clearly indicate the order of multiple documents constituting one transaction to avoid re-recording fees.
  16. Attach the original recording page for re-recording a document, along with an explanation and ensure it is re-executed and re-acknowledged.
  17. Submit payment via a single check to cover both Realty Transfer Taxes and Recording Fees, as separate checks are no longer required.
  18. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you wish to have your original recorded document returned to you.
  19. For subdivision and land development maps, ensure prior approval from the County Planning Commission and that the maps meet size and printing requirements.
  20. If submitting foreign language documents, include a written English translation along with the original.
