1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the renewal application and open it in your editor.
2. Log in to your established Mymvd account to start the renewal process. Select the correct license account you wish to renew by clicking on the appropriate hyperlink.

4. On screen one of the renewal, use the next action button to proceed to the subsequent screen.
5. On screen two, select the accounts you wish to renew. There may be multiple accounts listed that require renewal.

7. On screen four, answer each of the applicant affidavit questions. Provide explanations if necessary.
8. Screen five requires location information. If you are a dealer, input the number of vehicles sold. Auto recyclers should update NMVTIS #, MSSP ID (NOI #), and Small Quantity Generator ID if applicable.
9. Screens six and seven are specific to dealers. Verify dealer franchise information and submit any required documents, including certificates of education if applicable.
10. Update bond information on the designated screen and attach necessary bond documentation, such as a receipt or new policy details.
11. Review the licensing fee section. The renewal fee will total $100 ($50 for each license type).
12. Select the payment method and follow the steps to finalize the fee process.
13. Complete the certification statement at the end of the application and submit the form. Once approved, you will be able to print your new license.
