If you edit your CF7 form, you will see an additional tag called “Conditional fields Group”. Everything you put between the start and end tag will be hidden by default. After you have added the field group(s), go to the “Conditional fields” tab to create one or more conditions that will make the group(s) appear.

Conditional fields only appear to the recipient when a specified condition is met. You can hide conditional fields until the recipient makes an entry in your documents that triggers the fields to show, such as selecting a dropdown option or marking a checkbox.

To specify a field for dynamic population, just click the Allow Field To Be Populated Dynamically checkbox on the field's advanced tab. Doing so will display a text field labeled Parameter Name. The value entered here will act as a reference to this field so Gravity Forms knows which field to populate.
