Completing the BIB Application Form is essential for accessing Maybank's Business Internet Banking services. This guide offers detailed instructions on properly filling out the form to ensure a smooth application process.

Follow the steps to accurately complete the BIB Application Form.

  4. Proceed to Part 3: BIB Service Packages. Choose one of the three available packages: Starter Package, All-In-One Package, or Pick-n-Choose Package. If you select the Pick-n-Choose Package, check the services you require.
  5. For the Starter Package, complete Part 4A by appointing Authorized BIB Users and assigning access rights to each account. Repeat this step for Parts 4B and 4C if you choose the All-In-One or Pick-n-Choose packages, respectively.
  6. In Part 5, provide the particulars of each Authorized User. Include their name, NRIC/passport number, gender, designation, mailing address, mobile number, date of birth, and nationality. Ensure you have copies of identification for non-authorized signatories.
  7. Designate mobile numbers in Part 6 for SMS alerts related to transactions performed in the BIB. You can specify up to three mobile numbers.
  8. If applicable, complete Part 7 regarding the Approval Mandate. Select your preferences on how approvers may approve transactions and indicate the number of approvers required for transaction authorization.
  9. If you have selected 'Customized Authorisation', fill out Part 8 by assigning users to groups and specifying the authorisation limits.
  10. Complete Part 9 with your declaration, confirming your understanding of the terms and conditions. Sign the application with authorized signatory information as needed.
  11. Finally, after ensuring all fields are accurately filled out and all required documents are included, submit the completed form to your account-holding branch or your account/relationship manager. Allow five business days for processing.

Step 1: Click on 'Register Now'. Step 2: Select if you wish to login using your Access ID, Credit Card, or Debit Card and proceed. Step 3: Confirm your mobile number, click on 'Yes, send me the code' and enter the SMS OTP. Step 4: Create your username.

Timeframe:Immediate Login to Maybank2u. Select Card Management. Select Overseas ATM Facility. Select Activate from the drop down list. Key in the Start Date and End Date. Select Request for TAC button. Key in the TAC number. Confirmation Status will be displayed and SMS will be sent to you on the status of the activation.
