  8. In Section 6, outline the goods, articles, or services you will offer for sale along with intended trading days and times.
  9. Complete Section 7 with details of your public liability insurance company and policy number. Ensure your coverage meets the minimum requirement of £2,000,000 and include your National Market Traders Federation membership number, if applicable.
  10. If you plan to employ an assistant, complete Section 8 with their full name, title, address, contact information, date of birth, national insurance number, and place of birth.
  11. Along with your completed application, you must provide three passport-sized photographs of yourself and two of any assistants, taken within the last 12 months and signed on the back.
  12. Finally, prepare to submit your application by attaching necessary supporting documents, including proof of public liability insurance, the application fee, and copies of identification or recent utility bills.
