7. Answer the arts category specific questions based on the chosen category, ensuring to provide the title of the work and an artist statement addressing the theme.
8. Review all the entries to ensure accuracy and completeness before proceeding.
9. Once satisfied with the completed form, save your changes, download a copy, and consider printing or sharing the form as needed.
