- Indicate whether the readings meet the required standards by marking 'Sat' for satisfactory or 'Unsat' for unsatisfactory.
- Complete the remarks section if additional commentary is required, or continue on the back if necessary.
- Gather required signatures. The shop/contractor signature and quality assurance inspector's signature must date the form.
- Review the completed checklist for accuracy. You may then choose to save changes, download, print, or share the form as needed.
