To withdraw from a full-time program, complete the Full-time Program Withdrawal Form and email it to The Service Hub at theservicehub@senecacollege.ca. If you withdraw by the 10th day of classes, you will be issued a tuition refund, minus your tuition deposit.

To withdraw from part-time (continuing education) classes, you must: Download the Withdrawal Form: Part Time Studies (PDF). Complete the form electronically using the boxes provided. Submit the completed form to theservicehub@senecacollege.ca using a valid Seneca email account.

Your full tuition and fees for each semester are due on the first day of classes for the semester. If you do not pay by the deadline, a $150 late fee will be applied to your account.

If you're a full-time student who wishes to change or transfer programs, complete the form located on the Transfer Program Request page and submit it to The Service Hub at theservicehub@senecacollege.ca before the last day of the previous term you wish to transfer for.
