EN. STAT. 12-412 (34) AND (73) GENERAL PURPOSE: This certificate is to be used by the purchaser of: 1. Machinery to be used directly in the manufacturing production process; 2. Component parts and contrivances that are used or required to control, regulate or operate such machinery, or on and after January 1, 1999, to enhance or alter its productivity or functionality; 3. On and after January 1, 1999, all replacement and repair parts for such machinery or its component parts and contrivan.
