11. If you need accommodation, indicate the total number of nights for your stay at Baird Hall and ensure that the accommodation fee is included in your total.
12. Complete the credit card information section by providing the card type, name on the card, number, expiration date, and signature to authorize payment.
13. Review all your entries on the form to ensure accuracy and completeness.
14. Once completed, save your changes, download, print, or share the finalized form as necessary.
