RGENCY MANAGEMENT PUBLIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAM STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES KICKOFF MEETING I. OVERVIEW The kickoff meeting is a one on one meeting between the applicant and the Public Assistance Coordinator (PAC) assigned to the applicant. The PAC assigned will work with and assist the applicant throughout the Public Assistance Process. The kickoff meeting allows the applicant and the PAC to become acquainted and affords the PAC the initial opportunity to provide the applicant with information.

The Arizona State Emergency Response and Recovery Plan (SERRP) is an all-hazards plan that identifies state agency roles and responsibilities during an emergency or disaster.
