- Proceed to the 'Financed Amount Requested in Dollars (excluding Exposure Fee)' section. Complete the chart relating to goods and services for which financing is requested from Ex-Im Bank, detailing the amounts for content sourced in the ECA country and other services.
- Include cash payments and calculate the total financed/insured amounts requested, excluding any exposure fee or insurance premium.
- Provide any other information regarding non-ECA financing for the supply contracts.
- In the certification section, confirm consent to disclose transaction information to the co-financing Foreign Export Credit Agency. Sign and date the form, and print your name and title.
