MPUS OSAP FUNDING MAIL-OUT AGREEMENT Mail-Out Agreements are used in the event that a student cannot come in person to negotiate their OSAP loan. The Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships will mail the OSAP funding once at the start of your study period and once approximately half way through your study period (eg. Sept & Jan for a term 3 student) to the address supplied. If there is a re-assessment of your entitlement, any additional funds will be held and processed along with your sec.
