Residents in the four states contiguous to Indiana (Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky) are eligible to receive a tuition rate that is only 150 percent of the cost of in-state tuition. There is no application. If eligible, you'll automatically receive the reduced tuition rate.
