- Fill out the Statement of Understanding and ensure it is signed before returning it to the AU VA Office.
- If the major listed on the AU system does not match the major on your VA Form 28-1905, complete VA Form 22-1995 to update your major and contact your VA Voc Rehab Counselor to develop a new contract for the Chapter 31 Program.
- Return or submit the completed VA Form 22-1995 or ensure your new VA Form 28-1905, with your new major, is correctly posted.
- After completing all fields and sections of the form, save your changes, download a copy for your records, and print or share the form as needed.
