- Click on the Action/Reason Entry link to enter the necessary data for the multiple applicants.
- Utilize the Action/Reason Entry page to update the applications with the same career, program, and admit term, changing the Program Action to Admit for each applicant.
- Click on the Program Action field and enter 'ADMT' to specify the Admit code as needed.
- Next, click in the Academic Program field. Enter 'ICTEC' to represent the Intercommunicative Technology program.
- Click in the Admit Term field and input '0590' for the 2007 Fall term.
- If your action's date matches the current action's date, enter a 1; otherwise, enter a 2 for a different action on the same date.
- Refresh the page to view the admit term description by clicking the Refresh button.
- Click in the ID field and enter the ID for the first applicant, such as 'RA201' for Linda Shepard.
- In the Application Number field, input the applicant's number, such as '00024336' for Linda's application.
- Refresh the page once more to display the Program Data and Program Status associated with the entered Application Number.
- If applicable, click the Calculate Deposit Fees link that appears to access the relevant fee calculation pages.
- Use the Calculate Deposit Fees page and click the button to view the individual's calculated enrollment deposit fees.
- After reviewing the enrollment deposit fees, click the OK button to proceed.
- You may then click the Deposit Fees link to view detailed information regarding the individual's deposit fees.
- If there are any system-generated messages during this process, the Deposit Calc Messages link will be available for review.
- Return to the Action/Reason Entry page and click the OK button to finalize the transaction.
- After completing the transaction, you can enter additional Application Numbers and IDs to admit more applicants without needing to re-enter previous field values.
- Congratulations! You have successfully begun to admit multiple applicants manually.
