- Click the Print Enrollment Statements link to initiate the enrollment statements generation.
- You can either search for an existing Run Control ID or create a new one. Using a relevant Run Control ID can help you easily identify it in the future.
- A Run Control ID serves as an identifier, which, together with your User ID, uniquely identifies the process you are running. It sets parameters for the process, streamlining the background task without further prompts. Enter a valid value in the Run Control ID field, for example, 'RUNTST'.
- Click the Search button to locate the specified Run Control ID.
- Utilize the BenAdmin Enrollment Form page to enter the relevant request parameters that will define the processing rules and data to include.
- Select the Specified option in the Language field to apply the language chosen.
- Choose the Recipient's option to align with the language associated with the employee.
- You have the choice to specify a Schedule ID or keep it blank to generate statements for all schedule IDs. In this case, specify the Schedule ID.
- Enter a valid value into the Schedule ID field, such as 'TS00'.
- You can specify an Employee ID or leave this field blank to generate statements for all employees.
- Use the Cost Frequency group box to select how benefit option costs should be displayed on the enrollment statements.
- Select the Deduction Frequency option to present benefits costs divided by the employee's payroll deduction periods.
- Choose the Annual Frequency option to show the annual costs of the benefits.
- Click the Run button to submit the request for processing.
- On the Process Scheduler Request page, provide or modify parameters such as server name and output format.
- Select a Server Name indicating where the process will be executed. If reusing a Run Control ID, the previously used server name will default here.
- In the Type field, select the output type for your job, with options including File, Printer, Email, or Web.
- In the Format field, indicate your desired output format for the report. The default is typically set to PDF.
- Click the OK button to finalize the request settings.
- Upon submission, take note of the Process Instance number, which helps identify the status of the process you have run.
- Click the Process Monitor link to check on the status of your submitted process.
- On the Process List page, review the status of your current process requests.
- Initially, the status will read as Queued. The process concludes when the status changes to Success. Regularly click the Refresh button until the status changes.
- Once the status reads Success, you can proceed.
- To view details about the process, click an entry in the Details column.
- On the Process Detail page, access information related to the run status.
- Click the View Log/Trace link to retrieve the report file.
- Select an entry from the Name column to access the file.
- The enrollment form will display as a PDF file in a separate browser window for your review.
- Use the browser's Print button to print the forms as needed.
- You have successfully created enrollment statements. This process allows participants to review and update their information, which can then be used to adjust their benefit plans.
