Manager Certification: for managerial or supervisory roles and is renewed every 5 years. Food Handler Certification: for employee-level positions directly handling food and is valid for3 years. Manager Certification requires a deeper understanding of food safety concepts and regulations.

The certificate never expires.

Before any food vendor permit(s) can be issued, an Organizer application must be submitted and approved. The Vendor Permit Application fee is $95 (if the Vendor Application and permit fee are submitted less than 14 days prior to the event, an additional $70 late fee will be charged).
