You can request your college / university transcripts through the online application. You will need to request one transcript for each college that you want to apply to. For more information, see the Ontario Public College or University Students / Graduates section of our Transcripts page.

The O.S.T. is kept in the student's Ontario Student Record folder (O.S.R.). This folder contains achievement results, credits earned, and other information important to the education of the student.

How do I get my Ontario high school transcripts if I've graduated? If you are a graduate of an Ontario high school, AND your high school uses the electronic transcript management process, you will be able to request a transcript as a step in your online application through ontariocolleges.ca.

To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript.

How do I get a copy of my high school transcript? ​ Contact the last high school you attended, all schools keep student transcripts for 55 years. If the high school you attended no longer exists, contact School Support Services at 905-890-1010 (or 1-800-668-1146) ext.

Contact the Guidance Department of the school you last attended to request a transcript. All secondary schools keep student transcripts for 55 years. Contact information for all DDSB schools is available in the school directory.

You must contact your institution and request that they provide an official transcript to ontariocolleges.ca. The institution can mail us a paper copy in a sealed envelope or email a PDF version to service@ocas.ca. Transcripts from some provinces may need to be mailed in by the applicant.
