How much is a dust control permit in Maricopa? Submit the appropriate fee for your Application For Dust Control Permit, ing to the following: If total surface area disturbed is 0.1 acre to less than 1 acre, submit $150.00. If total surface area disturbed is 1 acre or more, submit $36/acre plus $150.00 per site.

Report an Air Quality Concern or Violation The MCAQD hotline is 602-372-2703 and is monitored from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with voicemail available outside of business hours. Use the Smoking Vehicle Complaint Form to report smoking vehicles.

Traditional Dust-Generating Activities (Rule 310) Any activity capable of generating fugitive dust (such as construction, earthmoving, demolition, or weed abatement), regardless of the size of the site, must comply with Rule 310 and control sources of dust.
