9. Sum the totals for free, reduced, and paid meals across the entries, placing these figures in the Monthly Totals section.
10. Ensure that the totals you have entered for Free Daily Totals match the Free Monthly Totals, and do the same validation for reduced and paid meals.
11. After completing all entries, save the document to your hard drive for future updates, or print the form for your records.
