- Fill in the general information section, including the date, GAMLS number, and property address. Ensure that all entries are accurate to prevent processing delays.
- Enter the company name as RE/MAX Center. Include the broker code and the contact phone number, followed by the fax number. This ensures proper identification of the brokerage.
- Specify the owners’ names and the intention behind the withdrawal in the appropriate section. If the withdrawal is related to a re-listing with a new GAMLS member company, provide that company’s name as well.
- Have the required signatures from the owners and the releasing broker in the designated areas. Confirm that the releasing broker's signature is also included to validate the withdrawal.
- If transferring the listing, complete the transfer section with the new company name and broker code details. Ensure you check the box if the property will be re-listed under a new GAMLS number.
- Submit the completed form by emailing it to compliance@gamls.com or by sending a physical copy to the designated Georgia MLS address. Include all required signatures to avoid delays.
- After submitting the form, you can save a copy for your records, or if applicable, download, print, or share it as needed.
