7. If you need to update your Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) number, fill in section D, selecting either updation or renewal, and enter the corresponding LEI number and expiry date.
8. Review the declaration and terms and conditions at the end of the form. You need to acknowledge your consent for the bank to use your Aadhaar number for identity verification and confirm that the information provided is true.
9. Sign the form where indicated. If there are multiple signatories, ensure each signatory provides their signature in the designated area.
10. Save your changes to the form. You can then download, print, or share the form as needed.
