- Enter the appropriate Schedule Code that indicates whether barrels are taxable or non-taxable.
- Complete the Kind Code field by identifying the category of resource being reported.
- Input the Gross Production Barrels, detailing the total barrels produced prior to the sale, making sure to use numeric values with two decimal places.
- Fill in the Disposition Barrels, which reflects the total number of taxable barrels for the current period, ensuring this matches the OGP Report data.
- Provide the Gross Taxable Value Amount in a numeric format with two explicit decimal places.
- Enter the Transportation Charge that may be applicable.
- If necessary, add any user-defined data to give additional context to the entered information.
- Remember that the severance tax return is due on or before the 25th day of the second month following the taxable period. Be cautious of penalties for late submission.
