- Input your unique FZMK# for QuickPay in the specified section, as this identification number is crucial for processing your application.
- Prepare and attach additional required documentation, including: Official FitzMark Load Confirmation signed by the freight carrier, Proof of Delivery signed by the consignee, your Invoice, and a Voided Company Check.
- Review all information entered in the form and ensure that all documents include the required FitzMark information, including signatures and dates of service.
- Once confirmed, email the signed Quick Pay Enrollment form along with the required attachments to accounting@fitzmark.com. Use the subject line 'QUICK PAY' to facilitate processing.
- Upon receiving your documents, FitzMark will review and process the Quick Pay application. Payments will be made via ACH within three days of receiving the correct invoice, less the 3% Quick Pay fee.
