9. If required, complete the account verification section to be filled out by your bank. This includes the account title, account number, bank name, branch address, and branch code.
10. Ensure the signature or stamp of the bank manager is included in the designated area.
11. Review all entered information to ensure accuracy before saving your changes.
12. Once you have completed the form, you can download, print, or share it as needed.
