Usufruct is a legal arrangement allowing individuals temporary rights to use and earn from another's property without owning it. The term of the usufruct shall be for a period of two (2) years from the signing of this Agreement unless the PARTIES pre - terminate the same on the following. A usufruct is a system in which a person or group of persons uses the real property (often land) of another. Before assuming the usufruct, the usufructuary is responsible, at his or her own expense, for inventorying goods to be received and determining their condition. This document is a contract of usufruct between an owner and usufructuary of a property. It establishes that the owner merely tolerates the usufructuary's use. This usufruct agreement establishes a 10-year usufructuary relationship between a landowner and usufructuary for a parcel of land. A usufruct, in Thai language called "Sidhi-kep-kin", provides temporary ownership rights for use and enjoyment of the property. A perpetual usufructuary essentially has the same rights as an owner, but for a period not exceeding 99 years. This document is a contract of usufruct between an owner and usufructuary of a property.
