Access Membership is open to customers with any disability, as defined by the Equality Act (2010). One way we do this is through our Access Membership Scheme, which is free, and open to all Deaf and disabled customers, and those with long-term health conditions. Access Members can book accessible seats and services online.

Alternatively, please email us at theatrecardadmin@theambassadors.com with the subject line as 'Address change' 'Communication preference change' etc, quoting your membership number, the existing details on your account and the new address you would like updating.

Your membership number is unique to you as a TheatreCard member and can be found on the back of your membership card. We will also reference your membership number in any written correspondence that we send you.

You can now log into your account from most pages on the site – the sign in button is in the upper right hand of the page. Select the sign in button and fill in your email and password associated with your membership. If your sign in is successful, the page will reload and you will see your initials by the icon.
