11. Choose the currency for the account by entering the respective ISO-Code, e.g., CHF for Swiss Francs or USD for US Dollars.
12. Provide a short account name of up to 14 characters for easy reference.
13. If applicable, specify sub-users by selecting from the provided options. If there are more sub-users than available space, use the additional remarks section to list them.
14. Fill in any additional remarks or information that you feel is necessary for the bank’s review.
