Also submit current utility bill showing name and address. Student now residing in Montgomery County without parents and is requesting a waiver of tuition.

Proof of Residence If you own your home, you will need to provide one (1) of the following: Deed (all pages with all signatures) with 1 current utility bill. Settlement Papers (with all signatures) with 1 current utility bill.
