7. Indicate who will be responsible for any additional charges by selecting either ‘BEN’ (Beneficiary pays) or ‘OUR’ (Remitter pays).
8. Complete the beneficiary details, including their name, physical address, account/IBAN number, bank name, branch address, city/state/province, and country.
9. Sign the application form at the bottom, ensuring that any additional authorized signatories also sign as per the account mandate.
10. Review all entered information for accuracy. Once confirmed, you may save changes, download, print, or share the completed form as required.
