To obtain a transcript from a California public school, you will need to contact the school directly. If the school is closed, we suggest contacting the local school district or the County Office of Education for assistance.

If you are in need of your transcript from a Public High School, Private High School, or GED, please contact the school you attended or one of the following offices: Office of Independent Education and Parental Choice. Turlington Building - Florida Department of Education.

a) Record copy. 1 school year after results posted to student record or 3 school years after results released, whichever is sooner. b) Duplicates. Retain until obsolete, superseded or administrative value is lost.

If the school does not offer such a form, you may need to download and print the right document, then send a check.

Stop by our office in room E-101 to request a hard copy of your official transcripts to be mailed out to a third party. ​ These requests are $3.00 per transcript. If you wish to pick up a hard copy of your official transcript, you can fill out this Priority Tran​script Request Form and drop it off at our counter.

Institutions that are open are required to maintain and service transcript requests. Transcript requests for CLOSED for-profit institutions: Please call 1-888-224-6684 (Toll Free) or visit https://app2.fldoe.org/publicapps/cie/request.asp to complete a transcript request form.
