Any infractions in regard to your financial status with the school, ranging from missed tuition payments, late payments, and even overdue fees or missing equipment that your child signed out but never returned, can result in the school refusing to release her academic records.

After logging in, go to My Scores and select Order Duplicates. Select Diploma option and then select the Printed Diploma – Free option. You will then be asked who and what address you want the diploma to be mailed to. The free diploma link will only be available until it has been used and can only be used one time.

The State Department of Education (DOE) has the responsibility and authority to write rules for public and private schools in Florida and the Department of Health has inspection authority to apply the DOE standards, per section 381.006(16), Florida Statutes.

To obtain a copy of your High School Transcript, contact the school district from which you graduated. Enclose a certified check or money order payable to the New York State Education Department: $4.00 for a copy of a transcript (only passing transcripts result in a diploma) $10.00 for copy of diploma and transcript.
