Completing the new member application form or the existing member renewal form is an important step in joining or renewing your membership with the Rondeau Rod and Gun Club. This guide will provide you with straightforward instructions to help you through the form-filling process online.

Follow the steps to successfully complete your application form.

1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in the editor.
2. Begin by filling out the personal information section. Provide your last name, first name, home address, city, postal code, phone number, email address, cellular number, and date of birth. Make sure to print legibly.
3. Indicate whether you are applying as a new member or renewing an existing membership by circling your choice in the appropriate section.
4. Review the membership fees listed for each month. Calculate the appropriate fee based on the month you are applying and determine if you require a single or family membership.
5. Record the total membership amount you are paying in the relevant section, along with any optional donations or late fees if applicable.
6. If you are applying for a family membership, please provide your spouse’s name and the names and dates of birth for any children under 18 years old.
7. Complete the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (OFAH) section, including whether you are a new or existing member. You will need to provide the OFAH membership number if you are an existing member.
