1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to access and open the application form.
2. Fill in the applicant's personal information, including the first name, last name, and email address of both the applicant and their parent or guardian. Additionally, enter the home address, city, phone number, and current school.
3. Select the grade 9 pathway by checking the appropriate box for either 'Applied' or 'Academic'.
4. Provide written responses to the application questions regarding interests in innovation, personal learning goals, passions outside of school, and the problem or question you wish to explore in the program. Each response should not exceed 100 words.
5. Acknowledge the requirements by checking the box confirming completion of application questions, inclusion of progress reports, and understanding of transportation details.
6. Sign the application where indicated and include the date.
7. Submit the completed application via email from the parent or guardian, or by postal mail to the specified address, ensuring that it reaches Aldershot School by the application deadline.
8. After submission, wait for an email notification regarding acceptance status, which will be sent to the parent or guardian.
